I had a wonderful experience at California City Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, courteous, and welcoming. The facility itself is spotless and well-maintained, which immediately gave me peace of mind. What really stood out is how much effort they put into making kids feel comfortable. Over the course of them being open, I’ve brought my sons in for pink eye checks and even x-rays for my oldest. Each time, the staff went out of their way to reassure them and make the whole situation feel less scary. Their kindness and patience truly made a difference. The customer service here is top-notch, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. So I will leave my original review here so you can read it. Emma the office manager is a ROCK STAR ! As soon as she saw my review she immediately contacted me and took care of the issue. The issue was Escreen not the Urgent Care which I quickly found out by contacting Wacreen myself and was treated very rudely. However Emma did not let that stand and delt with the issue. I wanted to thank her for taking control and getting my issue resolved. Sometimes before we write a review we have to give a better chance for the business to do their thing THANK YOU CALIFORNIA CITY URGENT CARE Went in on July 3 , 2024 to have myself drug tested. Paid $65 which is a good value. Was told that my results would ready by the 8th 9th latest. So I started calling them on the 8th to be told that I would be notified once they were in. Here we are on the 15th July and I constantly told I will be called back and do not get the call back. Typical of any business servicing this town. They are quick to take your money but very slow to deliver. Then you just get excuse after excuse. ~ Ray “
I had a great experience at this clinic. I was greeted warmly when I walked in, and the facility was very clean and organized. The staff were kind, professional, and worked efficiently to get me seen and taken care of in a timely manner. Being in a rural area, I understand provider availability can sometimes vary, but that is absolutely not a reflection of the hardworking staff on site. The team there does an amazing job supporting the community and making sure patients receive quality care Overall, I had a very positive visit and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone local or passing through town. ~ Bryan G
